Class Descriptions:

Flow Yoga: A series of standing and balancing postures linking breath and movement. (all levels)

Sound Meditation: Use sound as tool to cultivate and support deep relaxation. An experience that heals the body, clears the mind and helps rein your attention to the present.

Standup Paddleboard Yoga: Enjoy the art of performing yoga while on a paddle board. This sport combines various yoga poses, breath and the beautiful outdoors all in one experience. You will begin by moving through a sequence of yoga postures while standing on a specially designed stand up paddle board. NOTE: Individuals over 6 feet tall or 250 pounds will need to inform the Spa Front Desk so a longer, more stable board can be arranged. 

Water Fitness (Seasonal): Energize your day with our refreshing water fitness class. An invigorating, low-impact workout set in the serenity of our resort pool in the desert.

Bike & Hike: Bike 1.5 miles to Camelback Mountain and climb/hike the Echo Canyon trailhead. This scenic hike distance varies depending on groups fitness level.

Restorative Meditation: Relax and unwind where gentle poses and deep breathing promote balance and inner peace through deep stretching & holding poses for a longer period of time.

Cardio Sculpt: A total body workout that combines perfect heart pumping cardiovascular and strength training work.

Outdoor FIT Camp: An invigorating full-body outdoor workout, combining strength, cardio, and functional training to maximum fitness and fun.

Cycle and Sculpt: A dynamic fusion class that pairs energizing cardio on the Keiser bikes combined with strength training to tone muscles and boost endurance. 

Meditative Stretch: Unwind and release tension in our Meditative Stretch class, combining gentle movement with mindful breathing to promote flexibility and inner calm.

Refresh, Renew, Recover: Foam rolling and stretching to ease aches and pains, recover quicker, reduce injuries, and improve performance.

Pilates Reformer: Strengthen, tone, and align your body using dynamic resistance-based movements on the equipment to enhance core stability, flexibility, and posture.

Aerial Yoga: A combination of traditional yoga poses done on the floor and postures using a soft fabric trapeze (Hammock/Sling) suspended at hip height. Move freely with less effort by counteracting gravity. Suspension in the air releases tension in the bones and muscles, strengthens core muscles while increasing spinal and shoulder flexibility.

Aerial Yoga with Sound Meditation: Basic foundational yoga poses using the aerial silk to deepen into stretches with sound healing that resonates around your whole body. The sound meditation ranges from harmonic tones from crystal singing bowls, gong, ocean drum and voice.

Restorative/Sunrise Yoga: Restore your body by focusing on deep stretching of the connective tissue in the hips, pelvis and lower spine. Poses are held for 2-3 minutes. Yin Poses held for a longer period of time. (all levels)
