Indulge in four culinary stations, sending guests on a tasting journey curated by our chefs - highlighting bold, warm flavors of the season.

Hearty & Slow Station: 

Red Wine-Braised Short Rib with Buttery Polenta, Smoked Onion Jam, Crispy Brussels Sprout Leaves, Rosemary Gremolata

Autumn Greens & Gold Station:

Harvest Squash Salad with Roasted Heirloom Squash, Crispy Pork Belly, Creamy Burrata, Crushed Pistachios, Balsamic Pearls, Frisée and Cider Vinaigrette

From the Toast Bar Station: 

Spicy Garlic Shrimp on Brioche with Thai Basil, Pickled Chili and Yuzu Aioli

Sweet Farewell Station: 

An Autumn dessert table of mini spiced pumpkin cheesecakes, apple hand pies, brown butter blondies, s'mores tarts and cinnamon churro bites, served with warm caramel sauce and vanilla whipped cream.
